We would be delighted to set up our bouncers for you, on a level surface such as grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, or cement. To ensure your safety and the durability of our equipment, we kindly ask that you avoid requesting set up on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven surfaces. We want to make sure that your event is perfect, so feel free to send us some photos of your party space before the big day!
We're excited to offer a range of bounce houses for your event! To make sure everyone stays safe and has a great time, we want to let you know about our weight and capacity guidelines.
Our larger bounce houses, which are 13' x 13' and up, can hold up to 700 pounds or 6-7 children/4-5 adults, whichever is exceeded first.
We're also happy to provide our Bubble House, which doesn't have a weight limit, but we suggest that no more than 4-5 children/adults use it at a time for maximum fun and safety.
For all of our inflatables, we highly recommend that participants are of a similar age to ensure everyone has a great time while staying safe - especially our smaller guests!
Absolutely! At our company, cleanliness is one of our top priorities. We want to make sure that all of our clients have a safe and enjoyable experience, while also preserving the quality of our equipment. That's why we take the time to thoroughly clean and disinfect each bounce house before every event. Plus, to ensure that each unit gets the care it needs, we never book the same bounce house more than once during any given day. That way, you can have peace of mind knowing that your party will be clean, safe, and fun!
At this time we do not offer this option.
Your safety is our top priority - we want you and your loved ones to have the best possible time while staying safe! That's why we go above and beyond to ensure that our equipment meets or even exceeds the standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We take the necessary precautions, such as staking/anchoring inflatables and using high-quality, durable equipment to keep our bounce houses securely attached to the ground. So, you can have fun and enjoy the day with the peace of mind that you're in good hands!
In order to run the blower for the bounce house, we would need a power source within 50ft of the bounce house.
The safety and security of our clients is our top priority. We're proud to say that we're fully insured to provide bounce house rentals to the public. You can rest assured that we've taken all the necessary steps to ensure that you have a worry-free and enjoyable experience with us!
To make sure that we can reserve your preferred event date, we do require a $100 deposit. Don't worry, though - we've made the payment process easy and hassle-free! The remaining balance will be due just three (3) days before your delivery day/time. Please note that while deposits are non-refundable, we're happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your event. If you let us know more than seven (7) days in advance, we'll apply your deposit towards a different date within a full calendar year. That way, you can plan your event with confidence, knowing that we've got you covered!
We currently accept PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

To ensure that we have availability and can meet your needs, we suggest booking as soon as possible. Depending on the type of event and the specific bounce house you're interested in, we recommend securing your reservation as early as you can. That way, you can relax and look forward to your event, knowing that the fun is already taken care of!

We know that weather can be unpredictable, but don't worry - we've got you covered! If conditions are looking questionable due to wind, rain, or other factors, we'll be in touch with you prior to delivery to discuss the best course of action. Unfortunately, deposits/payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to weather, but we'll be happy to credit them towards a future reservation within one calendar year from the date of your original booking.
We're committed to making your event the best it can be - no matter where you are! That's why we're thrilled to offer delivery to all of Mahwah NJ at no additional cost. You can count on us to go the extra mile to bring the bounce to your special day! Delivery fee subject to event location.
Cancellations for any reason must be done at least one week prior to your event date to avoid losing your deposit (please see our Rental Agreement for full cancellation policy).

You can choose from our amazing balloon garlands or opt for some fun interior balloons to complement your Bubble House rental.
